A general outline of how a project can move from first conversation to delivery. The exact process depends on the agreed scope of work.
Not every project follows exactly the same path. Some clients need design only, some need construction only, and some need both. The stages below show the general sequence we follow and are adapted to the scope agreed with each client.

Initial Consultation
We start by understanding your vision, objectives, intended use, budget considerations and general project requirements. This can take place by phone, WhatsApp or another arrangement that suits you, including for clients abroad.

Project Assessment
We review the information available about the site, the scope, the design requirements and any relevant constraints, so that the project can be assessed properly.

Design & Planning
Where design is part of the engagement, we develop the design and planning approach based on the agreed scope and professional requirements.

Proposal & Coordination
Before proceeding, we clarify the proposed scope, responsibilities, commercial terms and next steps so that expectations are clear.

Construction & Project Delivery
Where construction is included in the agreed engagement, work proceeds according to the approved scope, project arrangements and applicable requirements.
